The distinctive feature of this obi is its texture. Made from soft, high-quality fabric, it has a luxurious feel of the highest quality. The pattern is unique, depicting shogi pieces. The slightly muted purple color adds a touch of Japanese elegance. The condition is excellent.

The lovely, downward-hanging flowers of wisteria are often cherished as connecting heaven and earth. And since wisteria is so good at growing and spreading its vines around other trees, it’s become a symbol of living a long life and having a big, happy family.

Although the obi has a plain, unpatterned section in the area that wraps around the stomach (as shown in the photo), even avoiding this part, it can still be made into a wall hanging of approximately 2 meters in length. It can also be used as a table runner, not just as a wall hanging.
