2-Excellent. No stains or spots. It is used item but in excellent condition.

3-Good. There are SLIGHT stains, but the condition is very good.

5-Due to stains and dirt, wearing it is up to the individual. Also recommended as fabric for crafting or for display purposes.

There are some brown spots insides. Not noticeable.

This is a black Eba Haori. An "Eba pattern" refers to a design in which the patterns on the haori are arranged to form a single picture across the back. The unique feature of this style is that the pattern continues seamlessly across the seams, creating the appearance of a single artwork.

This is a formal haori typically worn over formal kimono such as a homongi (semi-formal kimono). Just like Western clothing, kimono and haori also have levels of formality. Gold threads are used in this haori, giving it a subtle, refined shimmer.

The pattern depicted is called Kawariguruma (a traditional Japanese motif). The "Kawariguruma" pattern illustrates wheels partially submerged in waves or flowing water. This design symbolizes an elegant scene from the Heian period, where wooden cartwheels were soaked in rivers to prevent them from cracking due to dryness.

The rotation of the wheels represents life being carried along by the flow of the world, embodying the passage of time and the concept of eternity.

Both the pattern and the quality of the fabric are exceptional. However, there are some light brown spots on the white inner lining due to aging, but they are not very noticeable.

All the kimonos I handle are pre-owned. While the condition of items on the market varies, I carefully select only from stores where I personally inspect and touch each piece to ensure they are in good condition, with beautiful patterns and colors, and made of quality fabric.

After purchase, I sometimes discover minor stains, spots or scratches, but if the item is still perfectly wearable, these details are clearly noted in the description. ・Ironing it on a medium-high setting. Garments may also be steamed in a moderate setting.
