This haori is an unused piece with the original basting threads still intact. It features the characteristic deep, lustrous black unique to silk, which contrasts beautifully with the vivid red accents. The flowers depicted are peony, recognizable by their distinct leaf shapes but I am not 100% sure...

The silk material is of exceptionally high quality, giving the haori a refined feel. It has just the right weight, allowing the silhouette to drape elegantly when worn. In addition to the red floral pattern, the black silk fabric itself is also intricately woven with floral designs, which shimmer subtly depending on the angle, adding a touch of sophistication and luxury.

All the kimonos I handle are pre-owned. While the condition of items on the market varies, I carefully select only from stores where I personally inspect and touch each piece to ensure they are in good condition, with beautiful patterns and colors, and made of quality fabric.

After purchase, I sometimes discover minor stains, spots or scratches, but if the item is still perfectly wearable, these details are clearly noted in the description. Stains and spots may be due to age or wear, which is also documented. Please feel free to message me with any questions, or if you have specific requests for what you're looking for.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

・No machine wash, No dryer

・Dry cleaning recommended

・Ironing it on a medium-high setting. Garments may also be steamed in a moderate setting.

・Cover the tapestry with a cloth when ironing.

・Please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to your computer resolution and monitor color restrictions.
