The design is charming, elegant, and eye-catching. It features a narrow green, leaf-like pattern, with colorful floral motifs created using the shibori (tie-dye) technique, which adds to its overall cuteness. The general appearance is good; however, upon closer inspection, faint yellow spots can be seen scattered throughout the fabric.
The material is silk. The fabric is smooth to the touch, without any raised texture. It has a pleasant feel and a subtle sheen that catches the light at different angles, giving it an elegant appearance. The motifs inside the round shibori circles include chrysanthemums, folding fans, and geometric patterns. The geometric pattern of three triangles arranged in a row is called the uroko (scale) pattern. This uroko pattern is believed to provide protection and ward off evil, acting as a talisman against bad luck.

All the kimonos I handle are pre-owned. While the condition of items on the market varies, I carefully select only from stores where I personally inspect and touch each piece to ensure they are in good condition, with beautiful patterns and colors, and made of quality fabric.
After purchase, I sometimes discover minor stains, spots or scratches, but if the item is still perfectly wearable, these details are clearly noted in the description. Stains and spots may be due to age or wear, which is also documented. Please feel free to message me with any questions, or if you have specific requests for what you're looking for.
